From the beginning of our very first new single family home, we have built a reputation of building with commitment of quality, innovative floor plan design, value and most importantly customer satisfaction.

 

We are honored to say that many of our new home floor plans have won First Place in the Homebuilders Association's Parade of Homes over the past 19 years.

 

Most importantly to insure customer satisfaction, we maintain a Warranty Service Department for prompt warranty repairs. We will also provide upon request a list of previous home buyers, evidence to our high level of customer satisfaction. 



Our Sales Division blends the real estate new home marketing with assisting in new home loan approval, floor plan design selection along with construction scheduling as well as meeting the specific needs of our new home buyers.

      David Morris has a wealth of experience and knowledge he brings to our Team.  From truss design and layout, custom home building and volume home building, to building material supply, estimating, and computer cost control, in the past 20 years, David has done it all.
